郫县农科村“农家乐”游客满意度实证研究

摘　　要：郫县农科村是全国"农家乐"发源地之一,是中国农家乐的典型缩影。随着农家乐旅游的迅猛发展,同质化竞争越来越严重,农科村农家乐旅游曾一度衰落,直至近几年开始回温。文章以郫县农科村农家乐游客为研究对象进行满意度问卷调查,对游客基本信息、游客旅游特征、期望值与实际值及游客满意度进行对比统计,分析游客选择消费形态及影响农家乐发展因素,为农科村"农家乐"进一步发展提供建议。Nongke Village in Pixian County is the birth places and typical representation of farm restaurants in China.Their rapid development and fierce competition once resulted in their decline in Nongke Village,which only picked up in the past few years.This paper conducts a survey of tourists’satisfaction with its farm restau-rants including tourists’basic information,features,expectations so as to elaborate their preferences and the fac-tors that influence the development of farm restaurants,which will provide reference for the further growth of the farm restaurants in Nongke Village.
