摘　　要：社会燃烧理论是社会物理学中的一个理论,该理论在边境地区群体性事件研究中亦有适用性。结合边境地区实际情况,利用社会燃烧理论对边境地区群体性事件的成因进行分析,并在此基础上提出防治办法。Social combustion theory, a theory in social physics, is applicable in the studies of the mass incidents in border areas.The article puts forward measures for prevention and control of the the mass incidents in border areas by combining the practical situations and using social combustion theory to analyze the causes of the the mass incidents in border areas.
