摘  要:目的了解一年级护理本科生参加医院志愿者活动的心理体验。方法对17名到医院病区做志愿者的一年级护理本科生进行深入访谈,将获得的资料分析整理,提炼出主题。结果一年级护理本科生参加医院志愿者活动的心理体验包括深化对护理职业的认知、感受护理从业人员的素养、了解护理人员的职责、体验护理职业的压力、思考护理职业的价值、感受到护理对象的正向情感6个方面。结论一年级护理本科生接触临床有利于确认职业选择和学习方向,但需学校、医院、社会进一步的支持,并重视后续的专业价值观教育和心理疏导。Objective To investigate the psychological experience of first-year undergraduate nursing students in participation of hospital volunteer activities. Methods Phenomenological method was adopted in this study. Seventeen first-year undergraduate nursing students who participated in hospital volunteer activities received in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Results Students ' psychological experience involved in six aspects,including deepening recognition to nursing profession,recognizing nurses' comprehensive qualities,understanding nurses' responsibilities,experiencing job pressure,thinking about the value of nursing profession,and positive emotional experience from patients. Conclusion Early clinical experience is helpful for the confirmation of students' career choice and learning motivation,but needs further support from schools,hospitals and the whole society,as well as subsequent professional values education and psychological counseling.
