W/O型含蜡原油乳状液屈服-触变特性研究

摘　　要：屈服-触变特性是W/O型含蜡原油乳状液重要的依时性流变特性。利用流变仪对3种物性不同的含蜡原油,在恒定剪切速率加载方式条件下,研究了W/O型胶凝含蜡原油乳状液的屈服-触变特性。以可触变应力表征体系的结构特性。发现对于具有相同结构的乳状液胶凝体系,增加剪切速率,可触变应力增大;在液滴直径相同的情况下,增加体积含水率,以相同的剪切速率加载时,可触变应力增大。并根据实验结果,总结提出了可触变应力与体积含水率、剪切速率之间的关系式。Yield-thixotropic behaviour is an important time-dependent rheological propertie of waxy crude waterin-oil emulsions. Three kinds of waxy crude oil with different physical properties are studied by a VT550 rheometer,and at a constant shear rate loaded,the yield-thixotropic behaviour of gelled waxy crude water-in-oil emulsions is studied. Thixotropic stress can be used to characterize the structural property of the system. It shows that for gelled system with the same structure of emulsions,when the shear rate increases,the value of thixotropic stress will increase; In the condition of the same droplet diameter,when increasing the volumetric water content,at the same shear rate loaded,the value of thixotropic stress will increase. And the experimental result summarizes the relationship of the thixotropic stress,volumetric water content and shear rate
