摘  要:建立气相色谱—串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定青稞植株、籽粒和土壤中2,4-D丁酯残留分析方法。青稞植株样品用乙腈提取,籽粒和土壤样品用丙酮∶正己烷(3∶2)提取后经Florisil柱净化,采用DB-5MS色谱柱程序升温分离,选择多反应监测模式(MRM)测定,外标法定量。结果表明:在优化试验条件下,该法检出限为0.03 mg/L,定量限为0.10 mg/L,线性范围为0.01-0.10 mg/L,线性相关系数0.996,加标回收率为92.8%-109.6%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.3%-8.2%。该试验方法结果可靠,简单快捷,具有可行性。The GC-MS/MS analysis method for the residue of 2,4-D butyl eater in hulless barley plant,soil and maize was developed.The 2,4-D butyl eater in highland barley plant were extracted with acetonitrile,while the 2,4-D butyl eater in hulless barley maize and soil were extracted with acetone∶hexane(3∶2),and then cleaned-up by using Florisil SPE.Finnally separated on a DB-5MS column with temperature programming and detected quantitatively in multiplereaction monitoring mode(MRM),external standard method for quantitative.The results showed that the limit of detection and the quantitation limit were estimated to be 0.03 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L respectively under the optimal conditions,the linear ranges were 0.01-0.10 mg/L while the relative coefficient was 0.996.The average recoveries ranged from 92.8% to 109.6% with a RSD between 2.3% to 8.2%.The experimental results was reliable,and the method was simple and feasibility.
