摘　　要：高职院校要从根本上解决大学生就业难题和提高就业竞争力,除了创新现有人才使用和评价机制外,必须更新就业观念,增强创业意识,大力培养创业能力,实现高职院校大学生由被动就业真正转变为自主创业。高职院校要引导大学生转变观念,树立创业信心,实现自我价值;同时要紧跟市场,积极培养学生创业能力和综合素质;还必须开展渗透教育。In addition to innovate the existing personnel and evaluation mechanism , it sould update the idea of em-ployment for vocational college students , enhance their entrepreneurial awareness and forge their entrepreneurial a-bility to achieve change from passive employment into self-employment , to solve the employment issue fundamental-ly and improve the employment competitiveness .Students in higher vocational colleges should be guided to change the idea, set up the business confidence , realize self-value and keep up with the market at the same time .Mean-while, higher vocational colleges should cultivate student＆#39;s entrepreneurial ability and comprehensive quality active-ly, carry out the infiltrating education , and explore the training mode construction of new entrepreneurial ability .
