女性吸毒人群人乳头瘤病毒感染情况调查及相关高危行为的分析

摘　　要：目的调查女性吸毒人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况及相关高危行为对HPV感染的影响,为HPV防治提供理论依据。方法现场调查和检测525例女性吸毒人员的HPV感染情况,并采用自制调查问卷对所有研究对象的一般情况及相关危险因素进行调查。结果 HPV感染与年龄、婚姻状况、静脉吸毒、共用针具无关(P>0.05);与婚外性行为、性伴侣个数、避孕套使用、初次性交年龄、性传播疾病(STD)病史、尿路感染有密切关系(P<0.05),发生婚外性行为、性伴侣个数≥2、未使用避孕套、初次性交年龄<18岁、曾经STD疾病史、曾经尿路感染是HPV感染的危险因素;HPV感染的前三位危险因素为STD病史、初次性交年龄、婚外性行为,OR值分别为7.436、4.831、2.952。结论吸毒人员的HPV感染率明显高于普通人群,并且伴有较多的感染HPV病毒的高危行为。Objective To investigate the human papilloma virus (HPV)infection and related high-risk behaviors among female drug users,and to provide theoretical basis for HPV prevention and control.Methods 525 cases of female drug addicts were examined and de-tected for HPV infection in situ,and the general conditions and the relevant risk factors of all subjects were investigated using a self-made questionnaire.Results There was no relation between the HPV infection and the age,marital status,intravenous drug use,needle sharing in the female drug addicts (P>0.05 ),but the HPV infection was closely related to the sex outside marriage,number of sexual partners,use of condoms,onset age of sexual intercourse,history of sex transmitted disease,and urinary tract infection,with statistical significance be-tween them (P<0.05).The risk factors of HPV infection were sex outside marriage,number of sexual partners ≥2,nonuse of condoms, first coital age <18 years old,history of sex transmitted disease and urinary tract infection.The main risk factors were history of sex transmit-ted disease,onset age of sexual intercourse,sex outside marriage,with OR values of 7.436,4.831,2.952 respectively.Conclusion The infection rate of HPV among drug addicts is significantly higher than that of general population,and is associated with more high-risk behaviors.
