康复新液保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药康复新液保留灌肠对放射性肠炎患者的影响。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2013年11月康复新液保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎31例放疗患者的临床资料。分析保留灌肠护理干预的治疗效果。结果 31例患者应用康复新液保留灌肠护理干预后临床症状一般在2周左右得到明显缓解,提高了患者放疗的依从性,提高放疗后患者的生活质量。结论康复新液保留灌肠护理干预能明显减轻放射性肠炎副反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of kangfuxinye retention enema on the patients with radioactive enteritis.Methods The clinical data of31 patients with radioactive enteritis following radiation therapy in our hospital from Nov 2011 to Nov 2013 were retrospec-tively analyzed,with application of kangfuxinye retention enema to all patients.The treatment effect of the kangfuxinye enema after nursing intervention was evaluated.Results The clinical symptoms of all 3 1 patients after nursing intervention were significantly relieved in about 2 weeks,and the compliance of patients with scheduled radiation therapy enhanced,with improvement of life quality in patients after radiothera-py.Conclusion The nursing intervention with kangfuxinye retention enema could effectively treat the radioactive enteritis,a refractory ad-verse reaction of radiotherapy,and is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
