摘　　要：目的分析中医药方剂治疗缺血性卒中的用药特点。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),筛选2004-2013年中医药治疗缺血性卒中的临床文献,运用中医传承辅助系统软件V1.1(TCMISS)挖掘中医药治疗缺血性卒中组方的用药特点。结果筛选出治疗缺血性卒中的文献1332篇,治疗缺血性卒中的方剂169首,涉及中药217味,使用频次≥10的药物有35味。得出138种药物组合模式,其中2味药的药对组合模式31种,3、4、5味药的核心组合模式分别为45、35、21种。并展示了9味常用药物关联的网络化图。结论活血化瘀法为缺血性卒中的基本治疗方法,川芎、地龙、黄芪等9味中药为治疗缺血性卒中的常用药物。Objective To analyze the medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）prescriptions for treating ischemic stroke. Methods CBM was searched to screen clinical articles about TCMmedication for treating ischemic stroke during 2004 to 2013. TCM Inheritance Support System V1.1 （TCMISS）was employed to mine the characteristics of TCM medication for treating ischemic stroke. Results 1332 articleswere screened, involving 169 prescriptions for ischemic stroke, 217 Chinese medicinal herbs, and 35 Chinesemedicinal herbs with≥10 of frequency of usage. 138 medicinal combinations were obtained, involving 31 kindsof medicinal combination with two Chinese medicinal herbs. The numbers of medicinal combinations with 3, 4,and 5 Chinese medicinal herbs were 45, 35, and 21, respectively. Association principles and relationshipframework between 9 kinds of commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs were mined form the database.Conclusion Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the basic method of treatment forischemic stroke. The 9 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs, such as Chuanxiong Rhizome Pheretima andScutellariae Radix, are commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs of treatment for ischemic stroke.
