摘　　要：目的:对医院现有医保新农合接口系统进行改造。方法:根据不同医疗保险系统接口规范,利用调用动态链接库技术,重新编写有关接口程序。结果:将医保及新农合与医院信息系统不同功能进行无缝集成,解决了数据不一致,消除了"信息孤岛"。结论:医保新农合接口系统的嵌入式改进是提高医院医保工作效率的重要保证。Objective：To transform our hospital existing interface system of the medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical care.Methods：According to the standard interface of different medical system,by calling the dynamic link library technology,the relevant interface program were rebuilt.Results- The system of the medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical care are seamlessly integrated with the different functions of HIS,solving the problem of data inconsistency,eliminating the ＂information island＂.Conclasion：Embedded transformation of medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical care interface system is an important guarantee to improve the work efficiency of the hospital Medicare.
