摘  要:目的:建立稳定有效的大鼠Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型。方法:采用成年SD大鼠腹腔注射麻醉后,开胸取心,使用改良K-H液恒温、恒流灌注,通过传感器、放大器、信号记录仪,监测记录心室压、灌注压、心脏表面心电图和心脏表面温度。结果:制备成功的大鼠Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型,心室内压保持在75mm Hg左右,心率保持在250次/min左右,节律稳定,无或偶尔发生心律失常,10ml/min恒流灌注,灌注压保持在65mm Hg左右,在持续含氧灌流的情况下,心脏自主搏动可稳定保持2小时以上。结论:严格控制实验过程中的各个环节,熟练掌握操作技术,大鼠Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型均可制备成功,并保持稳定。Objective: Establish stable and effective model of Langendorff isolated heart perfusion in rat. Methods : Adopting healthy and adult SD rat, after narcosis by intraperition injection, opened chest and gathered heart. Using modifier K-H solution, perfusing with constant temperature and constant flow, monitored and recorded ventricular pressure, perfusion pressure, surface electrocardiogram of heart and surface temperature of heart, through sensor, amplifier , recorder. Resulls: For Successful model of Langendorff isolated heart perfusion in rat, ventricular pressure was 75mmHg around, heart rate was 250 times/min around, rhythm was stabilize,without arrhythmia or happened occasionally, perfusion pres- sure was about 65mmHg at constant flow of 10ml/min, and the heart cound keep beatting rhythmically more than 2h. Conclusion: Through strictly controlling the each lick of experiment and skillfully mastering operation technique, models of Langendorff isolated heart perfusion in rat can be maken successfully and keep stable.
