心理干预对更年期妇女种植术前及术中牙科焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的研究种植术前心理干预对更年期妇女在种植前及种植中牙科焦虑的影响。方法选取更年期妇女72例,随机分组,实验组36例,对照组36例,术前进行心理干预,于种植术前5分钟进行牙科焦虑量表测评焦虑程度,术后5分钟记录患者术中焦虑状态及疼痛程度。结果实验组及对照组在术前及术中的牙科焦虑程度均有显著性差异(P<0.05),术中疼痛程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针对更年期妇女的心理特性,在口腔种植术前进行心理干预,可以有效的减小其牙科焦虑程度,提高患者的配合性及对种植修复的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of oral healthy education and mental intervention on dental anxiety of menopause women undergoing dental implantation. Methods A total of 72 menopause women needing implantation were randomly selected as the experimental and control group with 36 menopause women in each group. The modified dental anxiety scale was used to evaluate the dental anxiety degree of all patients at 5 min before and after operation. The oral mental intervention was given to the experimental group before evaluation. Results Compare with the control group,dental anxiety before and after operation were significantly decreased in the experimental group（P〈0.05）, but the pain index of trial group were no significantly lower than that of control group（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The oral mental intervention was effective to release dental anxiety of menopause women undergoing implantation.
