摘　　要：目的探讨外胚叶发育不全患者可摘义齿修复的特点与方法。方法根据外胚叶发育不全患者的特点及患者口内余留牙的状况,进行修复设计,对患者行全口义齿、全口覆盖义齿或磁性附着体固位的全口覆盖义齿修复,定期复诊,进行效果评估。结果义齿固位稳定良好,患者面部外形和咀嚼、发音等功能得到明显改善,自信心增加。结论对外胚叶发育不全患者,应尽早行义齿修复,可摘义齿可以获得良好的效果,修复过程中应根据患者临床特点设计个性化方案。Objective To investigate and summarize the characteristics and methods of removable denture prosthetics for patients with ectodermal dysplasias. Methods According to the features and specialized examination of the patients, the different of restoration design was adopted, including complete denture prosthetics, complete overdenture with or without magnetic attachments. They visit to the hospital regularly. Results Following treatment, the retention and stability of dentures is good. The patients’ facial appearance, chewing, pronunciation and other functions has been significantly improved. Moreover, the patients’ self-confidence increases. Conclusion Prosthetic treatment should be given to the patients with ectodermal dysplasias as early as possible. The removable denture could obtain a good effect.But the design should be adopted based on the clinical characteristics of patients.
