摘　　要：目的 应用奥马哈系统对社区颈椎病患者的健康状况进行调查评估,为颈椎病患者进行社区康复治疗提供依据.方法 选取社区颈椎病患者51例进行家庭访视,应用奥马哈系统评估调查患者的健康状况.结果 社区颈椎病患者的健康问题在奥马哈系统的4个领域都有所分布,颈椎病患者最主要的健康问题在于生理领域（39％）和健康相关行为领域（32.1％）.其中最常见的健康问题依次是身体活动（90.2％）、疼痛（88.2％）、心理健康（58.8％）.结论 奥马哈系统可全面评估社区颈椎病患者的健康状况,为社区医护人员及时发现患者健康问题提供指引,为颈椎病患者进行社区康复治疗提供依据.Objective To investigate the health condition of the patients with cervical spondy- lopathy in community by Omaha system, so as to provide theoretical references for community rehabilitation. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical spondylopathy in community were selected to provide home visit. The health condition of patients were investigated by Omaha system. Results The health problems of patients with cervical spondylopatby in community were mainly distributed in four domains of Omaha system. Their main health problems were the domain of physiology （39 % ） and the domain of health-related behaviors （32.1%）. The most common health problems were phys- ical activities （90.2%）, pain （88. 2%）, and mental health （58.8%）. Conclusion Omaha system can provide a comprehensive assessment for the patients with cervical spondylopathy in community, so as to provide a guidance for finding the health problems timely and theoretical references for com- munity rehabilitation.
