摘　　要：胃癌是消化道常见恶性肿瘤之一,进展期胃癌预后差,生存率低,近年来基因治疗逐渐兴起,有望成为肿瘤治疗新手段。有研究提示适于作为基因治疗的载体。本文将就其在胃癌治疗方面研究进展及相关机制进行综述,并提出有关此方面研究现有的挑战及思考。Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers with poor prognosis and survival rate. Recently,the gene therapy have been rising as a promising method in the treatment of cancer. Studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells are suitable vehicles to deliver therapeutic gene to tumor. Here,we reviewed the researches of MSC-based gene therapy in gastric cancer and possible mechanism involved. Then,we proposed existing challenges and concerns regarding this therapy.
