胃癌膀胱转移1例并文献复习

摘　　要：胃癌为消化道常见肿瘤之一,胃癌膀胱转移却少见,积极对症治疗为化疗创造机会,能有效延长患者生命,改善生存质量。报告1例胃癌膀胱转移患者的临床资料及相关文献复习。患者诊断为胃低分化腺癌(Ⅳ期T4NXM1),予以对症治疗恢复其肾功能后,行FOLFOX4方案化疗12周期,期间多次复查胃镜、膀胱镜、PET-CT均提示化疗效果良好。Stomach cancer is a common cancer of the digestive tract,but bladder metastasis of gastric cancer is rare,and actively create opportunities for the symptomatic treatment of chemotherapy can effectively prolong life and improve the quality of life of patients. One case of bladder metastasis with gastric cancer was reported. The patient was diagnosed with poorly differentiated gastric glands cancer（ Ⅳ period T4NXM1）,to be symptomatic treatment after recovery of renal function,12-cycle FOLFOX4 regimens,reviewed several times by endoscopy,cystoscopy,PET-CT were prompt conclusion of chemotherapy to good.
