摘　　要：第四磨牙在人群中发生率低,而双侧上颌第四磨牙更少见,但存在较多可能的并发症,该文报告1例双侧上颌第四磨牙的病例,通过该病例探讨临床上第四磨牙的病因、诊断、预后及相关治疗。The incidence of the fourth molar in the crowd is low, especially in bilateral maxillary. However, there are some complica- tions coming with the fourth molar. Here we reported a case of bilateral maxillary fourth molar to make a detailed discussion about the etiology, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of this disease.
