摘 要:以Ravigneaux式复合行星轮系为研究对象,基于集中参数理论,建立采用中心浮动构件的非线性动力学模型;通过计算传动系统的均载系数,获得各齿轮啮合误差与均载系数的关系曲线,进而分析安装误差和偏心误差对系统均载特性的影响。分析结果表明:行星轮的安装误差会导致行星轮出现持续的'偏载',而行星轮的偏心误差则会导致相应啮合副在运动过程中出现较大的冲击;如果合理布置行星轮的误差,使得其相对于系统的旋转中心呈辐射状对称,将能大大降低行星轮的误差对系统均载性能的影响。A non-linear dynamics model of Ravigneaux compound planetary gear sets which adopts the intermediate floating component is set up based on the theory of the concentrated parameter. By considering the position errors and eccentric errors, the load sharing coefficients of the gear sets are calculated. The curves of the relationships between the mesh errors and the load sharing coefficients of the gear sets are obtained and the impact of these influence factors on the load sharing characteristic is analyzed. The research results show that the position errors of planet gear can lead to the planet gear with persistent partial load, and the eccentric errors of planet gear will lead the corresponding meshing pair to have a greater impact in the process of movement. By reasonable distributing the errors of the planet gears in radial symmetry, it will be able to reduce the effect of mesh errors of the planet gear to load sharing characteristics.
