臭灵丹乙醇提取物体外抑制甲1型流感病毒实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究臭灵丹乙醇提取物体外抑制甲1型流感病毒感染药效.方法采用细胞病变抑制法,在预防和治疗2种试验策略下,探讨臭灵丹乙醇提取物体外对流感病毒的抑制作用及环节.结果臭灵丹乙醇提取物的TC50为3.07 mg/m L,在预防模式和治疗模式中,臭灵丹对甲1型流感病毒PR8株均有抑制作用,IC50分别为0.31 mg/m L,0.73 mg/m L,选择指数(SI)分别为9.90和4.21.结论臭灵丹乙醇提取物体外对甲1型流感病毒感染具有一定的抑制作用,在预防模式下效果较好.Objective To investigate the antiviral effect of ethanol extract from Laggera Pterodonta against influenza A virus in vitro. Methods The cytopathic effect（CPE） assay were used to explore the antiviral effect of ethanol extract against influenza virus and the possible target in the model of the prevention and treatment. Results The 50% cytotoxic concentration of ethanol extract was 3.07 mg/m L. In the model of prevention and treatment, the ethanol extract could inhibit the infection of influenza A virus PR8 strain in MDCK cell, the 50% inhibitory concentrations were 0.31mg/m L and 0.73mg/m L, the selection indexes（SI） were 9.90 and 4.21,respectively.Conclusion The ethanol extract from Laggera Pterodonta can inhibit the influenza virus infection in vitro,and the effects may be better in the model of prevention.
