摘　　要：目的:检测白杨素对甲状腺癌SW579细胞增殖和侵袭的影响及其机制。方法:利用MTT实验和Transwell实验检测细胞增殖和侵袭。Western blot技术检测相关蛋白变化。结果:白杨素可以明显抑制SW579细胞增殖和侵袭。白杨素处理后的细胞中E-cadherin表达增高,而N-cadherin表达降低。结论:白杨素能够通过EMT抑制SW579细胞侵袭。Objective：To study effects and mechanisms of Chrysin on thyroid cancer cell SW579. Methods：The proliferation and invasion of SW579 cells after treated with Chrysin were detected by MTT assay and Transwell assay, respectively. Western blot was used to detect the related proteins. Results：Chrysin could inhibit the proliferation and invasion of SW579 cells. E - cadherin expression was up - regulated,while N - cadherin expression was down - regu-lated in SW579 cells by Chrysin. Conclusion：Chrysin could inhibit invasion of SW579 cells by EMT.
