Ki67和TOPOⅡα在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ki67和TOPOⅡα在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集扬州市第一人民医院2011年1月至2013年12月经病理证实的原发性胃癌石蜡包埋标本126例,临床病理资料建立数据库。En Vison两步法检测Ki67和TOPOⅡα在胃癌中的表达情况。结果:胃癌中Ki67主要位于细胞核内,阳性率为73.02%(92/126),Ki67阳性表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、脉管内癌栓相关,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TOPOⅡα主要为细胞核阳性,阳性率为60.32%(76/126),TOPOⅡα阳性表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示Ki67和TOPOⅡα两者在胃癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.457)。结论:Ki67和TOPOⅡα与胃癌进展相关,可作为胃癌预后的预测指标。Objective：To investigate the expression and its significance of Ki67 and TOPOⅡα in gastric carcino-ma. Methods：Immunohistological EnVision staining was used to detect the expression of Ki67 and TOPOⅡα in 126 gastric carcinoma in First Peopleˊs Hospital of Yangzhou between January 2011 to December 2013. The correlations a-mong Ki67 and TOPOⅡα,clinicopathologic factors,and survival were statistically analyzed. Results：Positive expres-sion rates of Ki67 and TOPOⅡα in gastric cancer were 73. 02% and 60. 32% respectively. Ki67 expression correla-ted with the tumor size,invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and lymphovascular invasion（P 〈 0. 05）. The expres-sion of TOPOⅡα correlated with tumor size,invasion depth,lymph node metastases（P 〈 0. 05）. A statistically signifi-cant association was found between the expression of Ki67 and TOPOⅡα in gastric cancer. Conclusion：Both Ki67 and TOPOⅡα associated with gastric cancer progression,which could be useful tumor marker to predict the prognosis of gastric cancer.
