自体造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自体外周血造血干细胞移植(autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,AutoHSCT)治疗恶性淋巴瘤的疗效。方法:选择2007年8月-2013年12月恶性淋巴瘤病例28例,均采用AutoHSCT,移植前采用化疗联合G-CSF动员外周血造血干细胞,并积极预防感染及并发症。结果:本组1例回输后因脑出血死亡,其余均成功植入并快速重建造血,随访至2014年3月1日,共3例死亡,其中1例为回输后因脑出血死亡,其余2例均为复发。共6例复发,中位复发时间为3.5(1-15)个月,2例患者行双次自体移植,均无复发,28例移植患者预期中位无进展生存时间21个月。结论:自体造血干细胞移植能很快重建造血,病死率较低,安全可行,是治疗恶性淋巴瘤有效的手段之一。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（ Auto-HSCT） in patients with malignant lymphoma.Methods：28 patients with malignant lymphoma were enrolled in a clinical study carried out in our hospital from August 2007 to December 2013.Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（ Auto-HSCT） mobilized by chemotherapy with G-CSF and to prevent infection.Results：After a median follow-up of 25（3-79） months,2 patients died of original disease after relapse and 1 died of cerebral hemorrhage.6 patients relapsed after translation and 1 received double-autologous stem cell transplantation after relapsed.2 patients received double-autologous stem cell transplantation who were still alive after tranplantation.Conclusion：Auto-HSCT is a safe and efficacious therapeutic measure in patients with malignant lymphoma.
