摘　　要：巴尔小体是女性体细胞中非活性状态的X染色体,在平衡基因及对性别的决定上具有重要作用。近来研究发现巴尔小体在很多疾病中发生了异常表达,尤其与肿瘤的发生发展存在密切的联系。本文就巴尔小体与疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。The Barr body is the inactive X chromosome in female somatic cell,which shows great importance in sexual decision and gene balance.Recent research show that the Barr body played an important role in the course of oncogenesis.This review summarizes the current knowledge concerning the expression and location of Barr body and the regulatory network related to Barr body in disease.
