摘  要:天津职业技术师范大学附属技师学院通过多年来的教学实践和研究,结合天津地区现代工业技术发展的特点,秉承"半工半读"历史文化传统,积极推进人才培养模式创新,发挥校企资源优势,依托"校企合一"的现实办学环境,以工学结合为核心,构建了基于校内企业的产教融合实践教学平台,系统确立并实施了"四层次、五契合"人才培养模式,凸显了在高技能人才培养领域的示范引领作用。With the characteristics of modem industrial technology development in Tianjin and its "work-study program" tradition, Affiliated Technician College of Tianjin University of Technology and Education has been promoting the training mode innovation actively through years of teaching practice and research. Basing on the reality of the unity between higher vocational colleges and the school environment, the college has built the practical teaching platform of enterprise integration and established the high-skilled talents training mode of "Four Levels and Five Conjunctions" , which palyed a leading role in the high-skilled talents training.
