摘　　要：通过对我校近两届临床医学专科毕业生和其就业单位进行调研,明确医学专科生岗位群、岗位能力需求和医患沟通能力欠缺。结合岗位能力要求和医患沟通能力欠缺,进行教学各方面改革,以期找出加强医患沟通能力培养的解决办法。First, we define the post ability demand and lack of doctorpatient communication ability through the investigating of college graduates and their employment unit. Then, we reform in all aspects of teaching tostrengthen the training of doctor-patient communication ability.
