摘　　要：探讨修复体固位不良的原因及处理方法。对固定义齿、可摘局部活动义齿、全口义齿患者固位不良原因及治疗方法进行分析。固定义齿固位不良修复体有轻微松动,若修复体松动的基牙为活髓牙,则对温度或酸甜特别敏感。可摘局部活动义齿固位不良义齿戴入后或在咀嚼食物时,出现松脱、转动等现象。Discuss the causes and treatments of the poor retention of restoration. To analyzes the causes and treatment methods for these fixed dentures, removable partial dentures, complete fixed denture patients with poor retention. Fixed denture with poor retention restoration may slightly loose, if the restoration loosening abutments is vital tooth, it will be particularly sensitive to temperature or sweet and sour. After wearing the removable partial dentures with bad retention dentures into or while chewing food, phenomena including the looseness, rotation and so on will appear.
