关于高职高专人才培养方案制订的思考——以琼台师专语文教育专业为例

摘　　要：高职高专人才培养方案的制订要突出"工学结合,以就业为导向",学校层面要高度重视,政策支持,资金到位,系部要注重前期广泛调研,并认真分析调研结果,及时反馈到方案中,还要尊重职业院校学生招生与就业的不同特点,加强校企之间的沟通和合作,加大改革力度,为学生提供更好的发展空间。The formulation of higher vocational talent training scheme should highlight ＂work-study combination and employment-orientation＂. College administrators should attach great importance to the issue, formulating policies and providing sufficient funds to support it; departments should pay attention to wide investigations at early time and cautiously analyze the investigation results, so as to timely make corresponding adjustments in the scheme. Besides, the different characteristics of enrollment and employment in vocational colleges should be respected and college-enterprise cooperation should be enhanced, in order to provide students with a better space for development.
