摘　　要：随着内地高校吸纳越来越多的少数民族学生,如何更有效地管理和培养他们,对许多高校来说无疑是一个挑战。因此,我们要在充分了解少数民族学生特点的基础上,发现可能存在的问题,进而结合自身实际,找出解决应对之策,确保少数民族学生的培养取得实效。With more and more minority students enrolled by mainland universities, how to more effectively manage and cultivate them is undoubtedly a challenge for many universities.Therefore, we should find the possible problems based on a full understanding of the characteristics of minority students, and then work out corresponding solutions combined with actual situations, in order to ensure the effectiveness of minority student cultivation.
