摘　　要："保障、捍卫和促进人的尊严"是当今政府与社会的基本理念,将这一理念转化为现实的理论前提是对"人的尊严"概念进行准确的把握。就国内外学界对"人的尊严"的界定及其演变的研究进行综述,并鉴于康德的尊严观对理论和实践的重大影响,重点综述了学界对康德尊严概念的解读与研究;指出已有研究成果分歧的焦点、遗留问题及以后努力的方向,以期为当下关于"人的尊严"问题的理论研究与实践工作提供多种理论视角。＂Guarantee,defend and promote human dignity＂is an idea of government and all walks of society.The theoretical premise of transforming the idea into realization is to grasp the concept of human dignity precisely and carefully.This article gives an overview of the concept of human dignity and its evolution,point out the focus of differences,the remaining problems in the achieved research and the direction of future efforts attempting to give all round reference materials for the theoretical research and practical progressing in human dignity.In view of the significant impact on theory and practice of Kant＇s conception of dignity,it mainly overviews the definition of Kant＇s conception in the academic circles.
