摘　　要：随着中国集团企业的发展和影响力加大,如何加强集团企业的集约化管理和风险防范,受到了政府、企业和学者的重视。信息化手段为中国集团企业向集约化经营管理转变提供了有力支撑。基于集团企业集约化经营管理的内涵和模式,分别从需求、部署和集成关系3个角度对不同模式下集约化经营管理信息系统规划进行了分析,为中国集团企业集约化经营管理信息化的实现提供理论指导与实践依据。With the development and increasing influence of Chinese group corporations , how to improve the in-tensive management and risk prevention attracts the attention of the government , business and academics .This paper describes the content and features of intensive management of group corporation , summarizes the centrali-zing, part centralizing and decentralizing pattern of intensive management , establishes multi -dimensional selec-tion mode of intensive management pattern based on three iterms such as time , trade and management .
