摘  要:以华中农业大学茶学专业为研究对象,从我国茶产业形势的发展、我校茶学专业的发展及区位优势等方面分析了茶学专业应用型人才的培养与产学研相结合的必要性;从提高大学生的实践技能、科技创新潜能与社会适应力,改善我校茶学专业实践教学条件及促进师资队伍的建设与发展等方面阐明了产学研合作教育是培养茶学专业应用型人才的重要途径;从优化课程体系、加大人才引进力度、改善实践教学环节等方面探索了产学研合作教育与应用型人才培养紧密结合,是培养适应社会需要的茶学专业高素质应用人才的成功之路。From the aspects of the development of China tea industry as well as the development and regional advantage of tea science speciality of Huazhong agricultural university,the necessity of the cultivation of applied talents in tea science combining with cooperative education was analyzed. In order to enhance students' practical skill,innovation potential as well as social adaptability,to improve practical teaching conditions and promote teachers' construction,cooperative education was an important way to cultivate applied talents in tea science. It was also explored that cooperative education closely combining with applied talents in tea science was the road to success to foster high quality application-oriented talents,through optimizing the course system,increasing the talents introduction force and improving the practical teaching link.
