摘　　要：开放课题是高校重点实验室贯彻"开放、流动、联合、竞争"方针的重要手段之一,对重点实验室开展学科基础研究和高层次人才培养起到积极促进作用。重点介绍了材料化学工程国家重点实验室近年来在设立开放基金方面的一些做法和取得的一些成效,以及在平台建设中出现的问题和今后改进的思路与策略。Open research fund is the key means to carry out the higher education key laboratory＇s ＂openness,flow,cooperation,competitiveness＂ strategy. It encourages basic researches and helps to cultivate high level talents. This paper reviews the experiences and summarizes the successes of the open research fund projects of the state key laboratory of materials chemistry engineering. It also points out some problems of the platform is facing and raises countermeasures.
