摘　　要：重点实验室作为高等学校科研创新的重要载体,在其建设、管理和发展过程中,实验室文化具有重要的引领作用。实验室文化作为抽象的概念,在具体建设实践中,常常让广大师生和科技管理者感觉无着力点。从高等学校重点实验室文化建设的意义、内涵和实施内容等多个层面对实验室文化建设进行阐述与尝试,使高校重点实验室文化建设具有较清晰的思路和目标,以期为广大科研管理者提供参考。Key Laboratory is an important carrier of research and innovation in colleges and universities. In their construction,management and development process,laboratory culture has an important leading role. During laboratory construction process,laboratory culture,as an abstract concept,often lets the teachers and students and technology managers feel no focus. This article elaborates the meaning,content and implementation of college key laboratory cultural construction and manages to make colleges laboratory culture with a more clear ideas and goals,in order to provide reference for the majority of research managers.
