现代企业管理方法在高校实验室管理中的拓展及应用

摘　　要：讨论了高校实验室建设与管理的特殊性,分析了借鉴现代企业管理的先进方法和业务流程的重要意义,对高校实验室的管理工作从目标管理、生产管理、物资与成本管理、营销管理、人力资源管理与文化管理等六个方面进行了拓展及应用研究。分析得出,现代企业管理具备的先进的管理方法及成熟的业务流程,能够有效指导高校实验室明确规划与建设目标、提升科研与教学质量、节约运行成本、提高设备利用率、调动团队人员的积极性,改变高校实验室靠资助等拨款的运行模式,实现高校实验室接轨市场、服务社会的现代化运行与建设目标。This article discussed the characteristic of construction and management of laboratory in high school and emphasized the importance of absorbing modern enterprise management methods and business processes. In order to enhance the level of laboratory management,six aspects were summarized including target management,production management,material and cost management,marketing management,human resource management and cultural management. It＇s concluded that the modern enterprise management with advanced management methods and mature business processes can effectively guide the planning and construction of university laboratories,enhance the quality of research and teaching,save daily operating costs,improve equipment utilization as well as motivate the staff to create and cooperate. This kind of combination is able to change the inherent defeat of university laboratories waiting for the official funds,on the contrary,achieve the connection between school and society and even can feeding the nowadays modernization construction.
