浅谈高校生物学实验室的安全管理

摘　　要：高校生物学实验室是实践教学和科研工作的重要基地,对于培养学生的动手能力和创新思维能力,有着举足轻重的作用。然而生物实验室中存在诸多的安全隐患因素,需引起我们的重视。主要针对仪器设备操作、危险生化试剂使用等理化因素、实验管理人员和操作人员的管理等人为因素,提出了通过改进生物实验室管理规章制度、生物实验室人员的培训及安全教育、加强生物学实验室物品及废弃物管理和积极应对生物实验室突发情况等措施,以确保建立高校生物实验室安全管理的长效机制,保证教学科研工作顺利开展。The biological laboratories in universities are important base for practice teaching and scientific research,they play a pivotal role for training students＇ manipulative ability and innovation ability.But there are still many insecurity risks which should catch our attention in the biological laboratory. In this paper,we discuss the physical factors,like operation of equipment,use hazardous chemical and biological reagents. And the human factors,such as personnel management. Furthermore,we elaborated how to better strengthen laboratory safety control,including improving rules and regulations,personnel training and educating,strengthening the management of hazardous and waste material,and response capability for emergency situations in biological laboratory. The above process will help establish long-term mechanism of safety management,and ensure the development of teaching and research work.
