提高实验技术人员岗位工作效率的方法初探

摘　　要：目的:基于大理学院实验技术人员工作岗位职责、其他高校实验技术人员工作岗位准则和职责的基础上,验证和论证提高实验技术人员岗位工作效率的方法。方法:以食品样品中总砷的具体实验准备工作、激励实验技术人员提高岗位工作效率的办法以及提高实验技术队伍学历水平层次等办法来进行综合提升工作效率。结果:具体实验准备精细综合思维工作模式、激励提升工作效率办法和队伍学历水平提升办法对提高实验技术人员岗位工作效率都有积极的提升作用。结论:大力提倡精细综合思维工作模式以及激励办法和提升队伍学历水平层次办法有利提高实验技术人员岗位工作效率。Objective： Based on Dali university experiment technicians work duties and other universities and technical personnel work,on the basis of standards and responsibilities,validation,and demonstrates to improve the efficiency on the working method of experimental technicians. Methods： The total amount of arsenic in food samples of concrete experiment preparation,motivating technicians to improve working efficiency and improve the experimental technical team education level and any way to comprehensively improve the work efficiency. Results： The specific experimental preparation work fine comprehensive thinking mode,incentives improve the work efficiency and team degree level method to improve the efficiency of experimental technicians working has a positive role to ascension. Conclusion： Promoting fine comprehensive thinking mode and incentive measures and any ways to improve education levels favorable experimental technicians working efficiency.
