苏州土地资源利用中的生态安全问题

摘　　要：基于苏州2006-2010年相关统计资料,分析当前快速城市化进程中土地资源利用方面日益突出的生态安全问题。结果表明,苏州人均土地面积持续降低,生态亏损严重;城市建设用地扩张,空间利用效率不高;耕地量质同降,粮食安全遭受威胁;生态空间相对稳定,生态效益低;中心城区用地结构不尽合理,人居环境有待改善。为此提出转变城市化发展模式、强化土地利用规划管理、加强城市生态空间建设、优化中心城区土地空间布局等推进土地资源可持续利用的策略。Based on the statistical data from 2006 to 2010 of Suzhou, we analyzed the ecological security in land resources use accompanying the rapid urbanization. The results show that land area per capita decreases and ecological loss is serious; as the city construction land expands, the efficiency of space utilization is not high; the quantity and quality of the cultivated land reduces and food security is threatened; the ecological space is relatively stable, but the ecological benefit is low; the central city land structure is not reasonable and the living environment needs to be improved. In order to carry forward the sustainable use of land resources, it is suggested to transform the city development mode, strengthen the land use planning management and the construction of city ecological space, and optimize the central city land space layout.
