白虎汤加减的临床应用

摘　　要：白虎汤最早见于《伤寒论》,为解热退烧的经典名方,阳明气分热盛所致诸证,皆可应用白虎汤加减治疗。后世医家在白虎汤基础上进行加减化裁,使其临床应用范围更加广泛。临床上白虎汤加减常用于治疗病毒性感冒、糖尿病、急性痛风关节炎、流行性出血热、周围神经性痛、肾移植术后、银屑病、手足口病、病毒性结角膜炎、鼻咽癌等。现代药理研究表明,白虎汤除了具有解热作用外,还有增强机体免疫作用。其主治疾病的根本病机不外乎阳明气分热盛。因此,阳明气分热盛所致诸证,皆可应用白虎汤加减治疗,体现了"异病同治"的治疗原则及中医辨证论治的灵活性。Baihu Decoction were earliest recorded in Treatise on Cold-Damage Disease,and a classical antipyretic prescription. All the symptoms caused by excessive heat of yangming and qifen could be treated with Baihu Decoction Adding or Subtracting. The later physicians added or subtracted Baihu Decoction and made it more widely used. Baihu Decoction Adding and Subtracting is clinically used to treated virus influenza,diabetes,acute gouty arthritis,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,peripheral pain,after kidney transplantation,scaly tetter,hand-foot-mouth disease,virus conjunctivitis and nasal pharynx cancer etc. It has functions of both antipyretic and improving body immune ability. Its mainly pathologic reason is excessive heat of yangming and qifen. Therefore its wide use embodies the therapeutic principle of ＂ treating different diseases in the same way ＂ and flexibility on treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
