小柴胡汤联合鼠神经生长因子治疗职业性噪声聋40例  

40 Cases with Occupational Noise-induced Deafness Treated by Minor Bupleurum Decoction Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor

摘　　要：目的:观察小柴胡汤联合鼠神经生长因子治疗职业性噪声聋(occupational noise deaf,ONID)的临床疗效。方法:选取ONID患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机平行分组法随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予鼠神经生长因子治疗,治疗组加用小柴胡汤治疗,疗程均为28 d。结果:治疗后治疗组左耳、右耳及双耳语频平均听阈均较治疗前、同期对照组明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组口苦口干、心烦、耳鸣、头晕等中医证候评分均较治疗前、同期对照组明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:小柴胡汤联合鼠神经生长因子可明显改善ONID患者听力水平、缓解伴随症状,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with mouse nerve growth factor（ MNGF） on occupational noise deaf（ ONID）. Methods： 80 cases with ONID were selected as the research object and randomized into treatment group and control group according to random parallel grouping method,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given MNGF treatment,while treatment group were additionally given Minor Bupleurum Decoction,with 28 days as a treatment course for both group. Results： After the treatment,the threshold average of speech frequency of the left ear,right ear and both ears greatly declined when compared with that before the treatment and that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; the TCM symptom scores of bitter taste in the mouth,vexation,tinnitus,dizziness were obviously improved when compared with that before the treatment and that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion： Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with MNGF can effectively improve the listening ability of the patients with ONID and relieve the accompanying symptoms,which has remarkable clinical effects.
