儿科护士职业压力、应对方式及社会支持与心理健康相关性分析

摘　　要：目的：探索儿科护士职业压力、应对方式、社会支持与心理健康的关系,为儿科护士职业压力管理提供参考。方法：采用横断面调查法,抽取某三级甲等综合医院280名儿科护士进行调查。采用一般人口学问卷、护士工作压力源量表、特质应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表和身心健康自评量表问卷进行调查。结果：护士工作压力均分在76.11±13.19,其中以病人护理和管理及人际关系维度得分较高。护士的心理健康水平均分在71.54±42.42。儿科护士大多都会采取积极应对方式;护士社会支持以主观支持得分最高;儿科护士职业压力、应对方式、对支持利用度与心理健康水平均有相关关系（P〈0.05~P〈0.01）。结论：儿科护士存在中等程度的职业压力;职业压力、社会支持、应对方式和心理健康具有一定程度的相关性。Objective： To explore the relationship between occupational stress,coping style and social support and mental health in pediatric nurses. Methods： Two hundred and eighty pediatric nurses were investigated using the general demographic questionnaire,nurse job stressors scale,trait coping style questionnaire,social support rating scale and SCL-90 questionnaire by cross-sectional survey method. Results： The score of the nurse occupational stress was 76. 11 ± 13. 19,the scores of the patient care and management and interpersonal dimension were high. The mean score of psychological health level of nurse was 71. 54 ± 42. 42. Most pediatric nurse adopted positive coping style,the subjective support score was the highest in the nurse social support. The occupational stress,coping styles and use of social support of pediatric nurses were related to their mental health（ P〈0. 05 to P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Pediatric nurse has the moderate occupational stress. Between occupational stress,social support and coping styles and mental health have a certain degree of correlation.
