摘　　要：当前,我国高校正处于内涵提升、转型发展阶段中,如何进一步配置好管理好资产成为了高校面临的一项重要课题。2012年财政部令第68号公布了《事业单位财务规则》,重新界定了事业单位资产管理的内容范围,并提出了相应的管理要求。为此,地方本科院校必须进一步明确当前资产管理的内容,并对地方本科院校资产管理职能进行一般性划分,明确资产管理职能划分,创新科学合理的资产管理模式,努力做好学校教育事业发展所需资产的保障和管理工作,不断提高资产的使用效率。How to make further efforts to allocation and manage assets becomes an important work for universities during the process of connotation development and upgraded transform. On Feb. 7,2012,No. 68 Order of the Ministry of Finance,Public Institution Financial Rule,had been issued to redefine the range and content of assets management in public institutions and put forward the new requirements. Facing on the new situation,Chinese local universities must clarify the contents and the general classification of the functional system of the assets management,establish the assets management innovative model,and make efforts for assets protection and management to improve the efficiency of assets management in local universities.
