摘　　要：为了提高本科毕业论文的质量,构建了"毕业论文团队—科研团队"模式指导本科毕业论文,从论文选题、开题、实验过程、写作、答辩和团队合作等方面进行全方位的指导,特别注重创新能力和合作精神的培养。经过5年的探索和实践,该模式取得了优异的成绩,学生毕业论文成绩、团队协作精神和综合素质能力均有了明显的提高。该成果具有普遍的推广价值,可供研究型大学培养体系作参考。In order to improve the quality of undergraduate thesis,we constructed the teaching model by combining undergraduate thesis team and scientific research team to direct the undergraduate degree thesis. We gave the full range of training from the thesis topic selection,experimental process,writing,and defense as well as team cooperation,especially in the training of creative ability and cooperation spirit. After five years ＇ exploration and practice, a remarkable outcome is obtained. As achievement of graduation thesis,team spirit and global capability have been improved obviously. We won the excellent graduation thesis team award of Jiangsu universities three times. More than ten SCI papers were published. And this model is valuable to be popularized widely and suitable for cultivate system of research university.
