摘　　要：为构建科学有效的实验室安全管理模式,提供各类高校有价值的借鉴,推动实验室安全管理水平不断提升,论文结合高校办学规模快速发展的现实背景,全面阐述了实验室安全问题的产生原因及当前高校的主要应对策略,分析了当前管理模式存在的主要问题。随后采用文献归纳和实践研究相结合的方法,推进多校区实验室安全管理策略体系,加强信息化管理平台建设,实现管理的规范与高效,提高实验室安全管理水平。In order to construct a scientific and effective management model for university laboratory safety,provide valuable references for all universities,and enable laboratory safety management to achieve a high level,this article elaborates the cause of laboratory safety issues and the current strategy of universities,and analyzes the main problems of the current management model in the realistic background of the rapid development of school scale. Followed by combination of literature summarized and practice research based on the analysis of the status quo,it has successfully constructed a strategy system which consists of strengthening the safety education; improving management system,management mechanism and hardware facilities; strengthening the management of hazardous chemicals and waste disposal; and enhancing multi campus laboratory planning. Finally,it indicates that building information platform to achieve standardization and efficient management is the important focal point and development trend for improving laboratory safety management level.
