上海市老年人休闲体育参与的现状调查与研究

摘　　要：上海的老年人数量比例要高于其他城市老年人的数量比例。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,以上海市部分区县社区的717个老年人作为调查对象,从休闲体育项目的选择、活动场地、休闲体育消费、协会活动组织的参与等不同方面,分析上海市老年人的休闲体育参与现状,影响其参与的主要因素与动机等。希望通过对老年人在休闲体育参与行为的研究,解决老年人在休闲体育参与中出现的一些困惑,为政府制定促进老年人休闲体育参与政策提供一定的依据。This study selected 717 elderly people in Shanghai City District community as the research objects. Using the re- search methods of literature, questionnaire,interview etc. ,it made an analysis of participant behavior, motive and influen- cing factors of elderly people who participate in leisure time physical activities in parts of Shanghai from sports event, place, expense on sport, association activities participation and other aspects. It can solve some of the puzzles for old people in leisure sports participation in the government, and affer reference for the government＇ s policy making to promote the participation in leisure sports of the elderly.
