摘　　要：晁说之作为宋代著名经学家,是属于司马光一派的旧学学者,故而对以王安石为代表的新学学派攻击不遗余力。以晁氏著作《儒言》为中心,详析其对王安石学术攻击的原因、表现及影响,以期对晁说之个人学术和王安石新学作一管窥。Chao Yue Zhi as a famous scholar of Confucianism in Song Dynasty belonged to the Sima Guang school, so he spared no efforts to attack the new school represented by Wang An Shi. This paper based its discussion on Chao＇s works Ru Yan, explored why Wang An Shi had been attacked academically,its manifestation and influence in hope of providing some discussion of Chao＇s learning and Wang An Shi＇s new learning.
