摘 要:研究了光伏电源并网的故障问题,分析了单个光伏电源并网与大量光伏电源并网的故障特性和保护动作特性。基于大量分布式光伏并网的运行特点及故障发生后的动作行为分析,提出了基于装置采集电量的主保护和基于网络通讯的区域后备保护方案。为尽量减少对现有系统的改动以及减少分布式光伏电源并网的投资,方案依托于新一代的分布式光伏并网接口装置来实现。该装置不仅能解决电网区域后备保护问题,还节约了投资,方便了现场设备安装和维护,为分布式光伏电源并网的大面积推广奠定基础。Failure problem of power grid with photovoltaic(PV) is studied; fault features and protection operation characteristics of grid with one grid-connected PV and multiple grid-connected PV are analyzed.Then, according to the characteristics of grid with a large number of distributed photovoltaic(PV) and feature analysis of relay protection after occurrence of fault, a main protection scheme based on acquired electricity by device and a backup protection scheme based on network communication are proposed.The proposed schemes use new generation of distributed photovoltaic(PV) grid interface device to implement the relay protection, which minimizes changes of existing systems for reduction in investment of distributed photovoltaics connecting to the grid.The device not only can solve the problem of regional backup protection, also save on investment and is convenient for on-site equipment installation and maintenance, which lays a solid foundation for widespread promotion of distributed photovoltaic power connected to grid.
