摘　　要：目的:研究老年期抑郁症患者的睡眠状况有无性别差异。方法:对20例老年男性组(年龄≥61岁)与24例老年女性组(年龄≥60岁)抑郁症患者以及20例正常对照(年龄≥60岁)进行多导睡眠监测检查。结果:与正常对照组比较,老年抑郁症男性组与女性组总睡眠时间(TST)、实际睡眠时间(AST)、睡眠效率(SE)、快速动眼睡眠潜伏期(REML)、快速动眼睡眠时相(REM)、快速动眼时相睡眠百分比(REM%)出现降低,睡眠潜伏期(SL)升高;在非快速动眼时相睡眠(NREM)中,老年男性组与女性组N1、N1%、N3、N3%与NREM较正常对照组降低,而N2与N2%升高。与老年男性组比较,老年女性组AST、SE、N2、N2%、NREM下降,SL、REML、N3及N3%增加。组间差异有统计学意义。结论:性别是影响老年期抑郁症患者睡眠结构的重要因素。Objective： To explore the difference of the characteristics of polysomnography （PSG） of elderly de- pressed patients between different genders. Methods： Polysomnography was used to assess the sleep condition ,20 el- der male depressed patients（aged 61 years and above） and 24 female depressed patients（aged 60 years and above） and 20 healthy controls （aged 60 years and above） were included. Results： Compared to the healthy controls, both male and female patients showed reduced total sleep time （TST）, actual sleep time （AST）, sleep efficiency （SE）, rapid eye movement（REM） sleep duration, REM latency（REML） and percentage of REM sleep（REM%）, but showed increased sleep latency（SL）. In the non-rapid eye movement（NREM） sleep, there was statistically significant difference between the healthy controls and two patients groups, such as the percentage of NREM sleep （NREM%）,the three period of NREM （N1,N2,N3）and the percentage of them （Nl%,N2%,N3%）. Compared to the male patients, in female patients, AST shortened, SL and REML prolonged, SE and NREM duration decreased, N2 and N2% decreased too, but N3 and N3% increased, with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Gender is an important factor on the character- istics of PSG of elderly depressed patients. K
