摘　　要：凋亡素(Apoptin)是来自鸡贫血病毒的小分子蛋白质,能选择性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而对正常细胞无毒副作用,其诱导凋亡的作用不依赖抑癌基因p53亦不被抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2所抑制,Bcl-2增高甚至能够增强其凋亡诱导效应。Apoptin的这些抗肿瘤特点使其广泛应用于肿瘤治疗。目前,Apoptin用于肿瘤治疗的主要形式有Apoptin基因治疗肿瘤、Apoptin蛋白质治疗肿瘤、Apoptin基因或蛋白与其他疗法联合治疗肿瘤。Apoptin is a small protein which is derived from chicken anemia virus and can selectively induce apoptosis in cancer cells but not in normal cells, its mechanism is not dependent on p53 and Bcl-2 and also enhanced by Bcl-2, which makes apoptin be widely used in tumor therapy. Apoptin gene therapy, apoptin protein treatment, apoptin gene or protein combined with other treatment is the main form of the treatment for cancer currently.
