摘　　要：目的探讨Wif-1蛋白在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达情况,分析其表达与儿童髓母细胞瘤临床病理学特点及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色方法检测Wif-1蛋白在27例儿童髓母细胞瘤组织中的表达,分析Wif-1蛋白的表达与患儿年龄、性别、肿瘤部位的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析分析Wif-1蛋白表达、年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、病理分型对预后的影响。结果 Wif-1蛋白在儿童髓母细胞瘤组织的表达率为55.6%(15/27),Wif-1蛋白在不同年龄段表达的差异有统计学意义(P=0.040),Wif-1蛋白表达与患儿性别、肿瘤部位及病理类型之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Log-rank检验提示Wif-1蛋白表达与儿童髓母细胞瘤的预后相关(P=0.000),Wif-1阳性表达者的预后优于阴性者。结论不同类型髓母细胞瘤好发于不同的好发于年龄段的患儿,Wif-1蛋白在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达与预后相关,可作为肿瘤预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of Wif-1 protein of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in pediatric medulloblastoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Wif-1 protein in 27 paraffin embedded pediatric meulloblastoma specimens.Fisher exact test was used to analyze the correlation of expression with gender, age and tumor location. Follow up data was handled by using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, Log-rank test. Results Postitive expression ratio of Wif-1 protein was55.6%（15/27） and there was little difference in different age groups（P = 0.040）. There was no significant correlation between Wif-1 protein expressionan factors of gender, tumor location and pathological subtypes（P〉0.05）. Log-rank test showed that the expression of Wif-1 protein was correlated with prognosis of pediatric medulloblastoma（P = 0.000）. The prognosis in positive experession of Wif-1 was better than in the negative expression. Conclusion Medulloblastoma of different types have different onset age, and the expression of Wif-1 protein is significantly correlated with the prognosis of medulloblastoma. The positive expression indicates a favourable prognosis in pediatric medulloblastoma.
