摘  要:以绿色环保的浊点萃取法,并以超声辅助提取分离了竹叶中的叶绿素,对试验条件进行了优化,其萃取效果优于同等试验条件下的乙醇提取法。通过对表面活性剂Genapol X-080的质量浓度、液固比、超声时间、p H进行单因素试验,再在最优条件范围内,正交试验得出最佳试验条件:表面活性剂的质量浓度为3 g/100 m L,液固比为25 m L/g,超声时间为20 min,p H 6~7。结果表明,利用浊点法提取竹叶中叶绿素的方法极具研究价值与发展前景。In this work,cloud point extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction was applied to extract chlorophyll from bamboo.Effects of the extract conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiments on the basis of single-factor tests in which the effects of concentration of surfactant Genapol X-080,ratio of material to liquid,extraction times and pH were discussed. The surfactant extraction was compared with conventional solvent: ethanol,the results shows that the extraction effect was better than the same experiment ethanol. The optimized extraction conditions were obtained: concentration of 3 g /100 mL surfactant,liquid to solid ratio25,ultrasonic time of 20 min,pH is 6 ~ 7.
